From what I have read on line we gather that this is maybe a Model #1050..MAYBE.!!.

It has the OLD Style Valve caps and Buttons:
HN White web site says production started in early 1900,  and there is no “Co.” stamped on the center valve casing, which started after 1920..SO this could be an Model #17 based on the Gold trim and lined bell..
….but the serial number dates to just about 1925.
Open to comments here… I’m no expert.
Very Clean
Used and in Very good shape for its age.
Obvious it has been well maintained, serviced and/or repaired over the years .
The case appears to be of the correct era,, it shows signs of age and wear, and touch up (painted/varnished).
There are no markings on case, but the horn fits properly inside…
Mouthpiece is also vintage and of the era, it says H N White, there is no way to know if it was or was not originally with the horn when first sold.
Lyre has no markings, but is silver plated like the horn..there is no way to know if it was or was not originally with the horn when first sold…WE do NOT believe this is a Original H.N. White Lyre
