1934 Pan American Trumpet

Description

This Pan American Trumpet from 1934 has seen better days.  The bad; the valves and slides are frozen, the mouthpiece is stuck in, it’s missing a finger hook, and it’s got tarnish all across it.  The good; this is a wonderful piece of history, that with some cleaning would make a good decorative piece.  It may be able to be restored to playing condition, but I can not confirm this.  These horns were loved back in the day as they were an inexpensive alternative to the other brands, but were still manufactured by the Conn corporation.  The Pan American brand ended sometime in the late 1950’s (my sources disagree on the exact year), but the legend lives on in these vintage pieces.  Get yourself a piece of history, or a restoration project horn for this low price.
